I was in for the 10,000 mile checkup. My service rep Ruben was very courteous and efficient in getting the paperwork done. I only waited a little more than an hour in the very comfortable waiting room with fresh fruits, donuts, and all sorts of beverages. They did excellent work and always wash my car before delivering it back to me.

I got my car at Lexus of Melbourne 2 years ago. You can never go wrong with a Lexus but the service there is awesome!! John Lohne is my service advisor and he provides outstanding customer service!! Having the same person each time builds a rapport and creates trust that is invaluable! I will remain a customer here for many years!!
