I've had my Lexus vehicles serviced at Lexus of Melbourne long before I purchased from them, and Steve Lasker has been my "service" consultant from the beginning. It's been a real pleasure to work with him. He's friendly, efficient and just an all-around good guy. It's always been easy to schedule maintenance, and when a tire issue developed before leaving on a road trip Steve was there and got the problem resolved so our trip wouldn't be delayed. In business, it's all about people and relationships, and Steve along with the sales people and sales management of Lexus of Melbourne are the best!

When I decided to get a new Lexus I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase or lease, but Rob (Robert LaMarr) explained the Pros and Cons of leasing versus buying. Rob was very knowledgeable on all the latest improvements in the new 2019 cars and allowed me to test drive several cars so that I could experience some of the new safety features available. I ultimately decided to lease my new car and, although this was my first time to lease, Rob made the process of leasing very easy. When it came time to do the financial matters, Nicole DeVos was exceptionally proficient, professional, and courteous. When I took delivery of my new ES350 Rob personally connected my i-phone to the car phone system and also explained how to operate several of the car's functions. In summary, the process of getting a new car at Lexus of Melbourne was a real pleasure. Although this was the third Lexus purchased at Lexus of Melbourne, I am certain Rob and Nicole will be there to help me with additional new cars.

Awesome buying experience with John. We went in knowing what we wanted to see and John showed it to us right away. The car we ended up getting for my son was an NX200t and it is a perfect fit for him. As it turns out we actually ended up trading in my daughters car for a ES 350. She is totally in love with it. The whole dealership was "no pressure" very casual and helped us all feel at home. My son loved the massage chairs and my daughter and her girl friend loved the snacks. John was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the bells and whistles to the kids. Great experience and we will certainly go back for our next Lexus:)
