Every experience I’ve had at Lexus of Melbourne has always been excellent. Alex Colon is an exceptional sales consultant who has helped me lease or purchase a Lexus in four separate occasions. He is the consummate professional and a great guy to know period. John Lohne has been the service consultant who takes care of me and my vehicles when I come in for service. John is awesome... I don’t think anyone knows his stuff like this man. a consummate professional who is always so helpful and friendly. Every experience I’ve ever had at Lexus of Melbourne has been exactly what one would hope for... Excellent people, excellent service and an excellent outcome every time!

Service for 60,000
John always is helpful and attentive. I always know my car is well taken care of! The only issue I had was I called on a Friday and got the voicemail for someone ( not John). I was calling to schedule. I never received a return call and tried again on Monday. It worked out and I was able to make the appointment for Friday. It was just unusual I didn’t get a call back that day.

Service was friendly and done sooner then expected, always a plus. Both days I was in and out in less then 30 mins. Steven was able to answer all of my questions.

Great first service
Making my appointment was easy. Elisa let me know exactly what service was going to be provided. Service was quick and she promptly brought me my car once I texted that I had arrived. I had my car washed after the service. The washing team could be slightly improved.

Cheated by Management
My wife and I used USAA Auto Buying service to locate a pre-owned Lexus. We received a prompt response from Keith Croft who was very helpful in scheduling a test drive. We met Shane Singer, the assigned sales rep, at the dealership and test drove the vehicle. Shane was very helpful and did not apply any sales pressure. The next morning, I began negotiating a deal with Keith via text message. We agreed upon an out the door price, and I supplied a $1000.00 deposit over the phone. Keith explained that we needed to come in and complete some paperwork, so the deal would be official. My wife and I agreed to come in and complete the paperwork when we got off work at 5:00. At 5:25, we received a call from Keith telling us the vehicle had been sold to someone else. Keith explained this was out of his control and was done by his management.
