I have owned numerous cars over the years and never got

I have owned numerous cars over the years and never got the same quality of service that my Lexus dealer provides. They are totally amazing and even cleaned my car and filled my gas tank at no charge. Who does that anymore??

Easy to get an appointments for service.

Easy to get an appointments for service. Wait time during service is relaxing in a clean and quiet waiting room. Also has a clean snack/coffee/beverage area. My service manger is excellent.

I had the best car buying experience at Lexus of

I had the best car buying experience at Lexus of Melbourne two days ago (12/2/2024). I felt welcome with courteous service and no pressure by the Internet Director Shaun Bozorg who handled everything and stood by me from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this dealership for all around customer service and support. I had to go back the next day to complete some unfinished transactions and my initial positive experience was reenforced and confirmed. Thank you Shaun and thank you Lexus of Melbourne. Keep up the good work.

5K Miles Service covered under warranty.

5K Miles Service covered under warranty. No charges. While there I had them check chassis electrical. They reported they checked foot gesture control on rear hatch release is functioning normally - no repairs made or suggested. They also reset my clocks in cluster and center dash reset as I requested them to. I was treated like royalty. I was kept in constant contact with the Advisor - Kyle Dermody and given a demo of how to work the rear hatch release by a technician.
