The overall process of acquiring my vehicle from my

The overall process of acquiring my vehicle from my salesman, Sean, was outstanding. He ensured I received the car I wanted on time and kept in contact by providing updates until delivery. My problem is that I was completely blindsided when it was time to complete the financing process. I have an 830 credit score and was informed I could only finance with Bank of America to get an 8 percent interest rate because of a security problem with Lexus firewall. I have never encountered an issue like this. I am a retired, disabled veteran who feels like this process is very shady!!

This was my first Lexus purchase, and coming from other

This was my first Lexus purchase, and coming from other luxury brands, I have to say Lexus stands out with the best warranty and customer care. Both the Melbourne location where I purchased and the Orlando location for service exceeded my expectations. The red carpet service surpasses other luxury competitors. They even offer to pick up my vehicle in Orlando, 50 miles away, and provide a loaner car. This will be the first of many Lexus purchases for me. Truly outstanding service!

He was busy with another later appointment. my thought is he could have asked that person to hold on for 5 minutes and check me out instead of me waiting for a long time to be checked our
