Mostly good, though I have to wonder who took overall

Mostly good, though I have to wonder who took overall ownership of an issue that crossed departmental lines. I do not know, and do not wish to learn, the process: the staff should take ownership for a seamless experience and that was lacking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine relationship

I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine relationship building that began with whom I believe to be the leader of the Dealership. This getting to know me made a difference in that I knew that I could trust and verify each part of the transactional process. I was perfectly matched with a professional sales representative. What I admired most about Mr Green was that he was an active listener and was blessed with the patience of Job! Having said this, it is very important for car buyers to be informed and know what they are looking for in a vehicle. To have a successful experience, the buyer must feel a the emotional connection with the vehicle during the test drive. I was afforded this opportunity at this dealership. The finance guy also demonstrated similar attributes of professionalism, genuine respect and courtesy that suggest a core value system of the dealership. I am extremely happy with my Lexus NX250. I negotiated a fair price for a brand that is luxurious, reliable, safe and sought after. I had a glitch with the Lexus app and the responsive customer support and care was almost immediately resolved. Thanks for reinforcing trust and that customer satisfaction is a priority.
