CarMax Burbank

During the time that I’ve worked with Carmax, I’ve had three different associates. all of which have been fired? I chose a vehicle Jaguar I pace and when I went to pick it up, it didn’t start.?? I chose a second vehicle Kia EV6 and the first time I drove it home. A large plastic detai part fell off on the passenger side. It then needed to be replaced ….. a week later the same part fell off on the driver side and that needed to be replaced to say that I was disappointed with my experience with Carmax is a severe understatement. I will never purchase or inform anybody to purchase a car at this establishment???

Started great with the incredible selection of vehicles and their willingness to bring cars in from other branches. Hit a couple snags as no one contacted me until the day I was supposed to pick the car up. I actually went to a different dealer first since I hadn’t heard from my salesperson. Before buying at the new dealership I decided to head over to CarMax to see if it was better in person. I was helped by Davit, and it was quick, smooth, professional and won me over for at least as long as he’s there. He turned a potentially horrible experience in to a “relatively” fun and efficient sale. LOVE the new car and to Davit and those wise enough to hire him…THANK YOU!

I've purchased all my cars and my children's cars at CarMax. Love the way I can walk the lot without getting bothered. I always find what I'm looking for and the prices are great! This time around I purchased two vehicles. My salesperson was Lathe. He was such a great help, very communitive and excellent customer service.

I appreciate how organized the dealership was. I loved being able to independently look at the cars before meeting with someone and the low pressure support the sales rep gave. The pick up process was also very clear and easy.
