Very accommodating!

Rick was responsive to our needs and what we were looking for with from the first inquiry to the very end of the sale! He took care of everything that needed to be done and we did nothing more than sign some forms and take the keys. We are repeat customers and have always been satisfied with Harbro. Mike Harris service

Left rear blinker stopped working while I was running errands. Immediately called Harbro & spoke to mike Harris. It was 2:00 and they closed 3pm Saturday's. He said come right over. When I arrived he immediately took and replaced the bulb at no charge mind you! Hey you can't improve on PERFECT from initial call to completion of service...

Right in the Door

I have a 2000 7.3 Diesel. Not a rare Truck, but a very specific type of truck. They got right to the problem and came up with solutions. In and out and... gave me a special rate on a rental while they did the work. They have also done all the warranty work on my girlfriends Saturn with great results. Mark MacKenzie

Follow up was excellent

Both Rick and Mike were easy to work with. There was some delay in the delivery that was explained to me as out of their control. They had put a lot of parts into the car before I bought the car. I recall brakes, some minor body work, front end alignment. During the time that they were prepping the car, they became aware of a sound that I had previously expressed concerns about. They listened to me. They scheduled a follow up service. ( after I bought the car) . They found the noise was a bad bearing in the transmission. They replaced the transmission with a used one. It has a one year warranty! So I am pleased with their efforts. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to buy a used car.

Single mom needs safe affordable vehicle

I was really nervous about the whole process of buying a vehicle. I saw Mike and told him what I was looking for and he picked out a great van for my family. He went through the whole financing process step by step and showed me my different options. Everyone was great to work with especially with my children.
