Super Reliable!!

Always get my oil changed here! During my last appointment Michael gave me an oil change and changed my air filter. When I told him my brakes sounded like they were grinding, he willing took all four tires off just to check them. He does not end an appointment until the customer is fully satisfied. He is always efficient, reliable, timely, and knowledgeable. I will never switch mechanics! -Nicole C

Excellent Service

Excellent car buying process, Dan Brinkley did an outstanding job, never felt pressured throughout the process, gave me all the answers in a timely matter! Dan Berthiaume did an excellent job as well, fast, accurate, to the point. Overall great buying experience!

Service TPM

Experience was excellent. No run around, with minimal wait time. Employees were very polite and respectful. They were able to explain my issue for someone not knowledgeable with vehicles. No pressure to have issue fix immediately as problem is only a sensor and does not impacted driver safety.

Satisfaction

I recently purchased a car here from Dan Brinkley and there's honestly nothing bad I could say about the entire experience. Daniel could not have been any more polite or respectful, and he didn't pressure me the slightest bit. It was a nice and relaxing change from the usual high stress car buying experience of other salespeople. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he worked with me until we found the perfect vehicle for the perfect price. Overall I'd give the whole experience 5 stars and highly recommend the dealership for anyone in the market for a new car. It could not have gone any better.

Finally got my SUV!!

We had been searching for a reliable All Wheel Drive SUV for a little while and Mike recently got one in that sold almost immediately so we were a little bummed out but Mike said he'd keep an eye out for what we were looking for and sure enough he came through big time and we are now the proud owners of a 2013 GMC Acadia:) Mike also spent a lot of time talking to different banks trying to get us the best possible loan. I highly recommend Harbro.

service

I recently bought a Chevy Tahoe from Harbro and had a small problem with the heat on drivers side. Bob was great with setting up a service date to my busy schedule. The service tech called me asked a few questions to make sure we we on the same page. Problem was fixed the day it went in . Great service by all. I was able to pick up my Tahoe @ 7:30 that night. Perfect , I didn't have to rush there to make it by 5:00pm like most places. Courtney in the office was a pleasure to deal with. Great job Tom Falone

Exellent experience!!!

My experience at Harbro was very positive. I brought my truck in for service and I interacted with nice, approachable people. I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle due to a failed state inspection and the guys here were straight shooters and didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need. The service was performed within the window of time i was given and the cost was competitive compared to other estimates. I will definitely be back next time i need repairs i can't handle on my own in the driveway.

Fantastic!

Friendly enviornment, great cars and good service! Would reccomend to all my friends! They even held the car for me till I could get my payment ready which no other dealership would have done. Truly customer oriented.
