I was very nervous to buy from a dealership again. ( had a bad experience before with a different dealership) Harbro made me feel much better about going with a dealership again. Both Rick and Mike were great. Rick was very quick on responding on any emails or calls I had made or sent and really did a great job in selling this vehicle to me! Mike went above and beyond as well and called me to talk over all the specs of the car and warranty with me and put my mind at ease that they were really there to help me! The guys in the shop I give credit to also for fixing the needed things and detailing this car as good as they did! I've been to many mechanics over the years, but when the all wheel drive in my car went no one was more attentive to my safety than Michael. He finished the entire job in one day knowing that there was an upcoming snow storm. I've never been so impressed by speedy workmanship, and thankful.

My daughters car had been sitting for a while, I made an appointment to have it looked over and get some new tires. Unfortunately it ended up getting snowed in and I had to cancel. Then, unexpectedly some nice weather made it possible to get the car out of the snow and over to Harbro the following week. I left it with no appointment hoping they could take it in. Of course, they did, new front tires, a serpentine belt, oil change and a good end to end look over ...The price was very fair and it was done in a jiffy!! Bob in the Service Department is always very helpful and explains everything in an easy to understand way.... The following day I dropped my car in for an oil change and blinker that was out... I waited while it was done ... quick and efficient and again the price was right (this one cost me $0) I would highly recommend Harbro for your next car purchase and their service center is TOP NOTCH! Treating their customers like family and friends ... These guys are the best !!!
