Growing up in the Blackstone Valley, I've always been familiar with the Harbro name, but just recently began looking for a new vehicle and thought of them immediately when beginning my search. They were more than helpful in locating the exact vehicle that I was interested in, and certainly understand what customer service is all about. Mike was available by email and phone, which was great for me as I work during the day. Everyone that I came in contact with during my purchase was friendly, helpful and honest, and I will definitely recommend the Harbro sales team to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

After buying 2 cars from Harbro I feel I can honestly rate Harbro with a 5. (great) Tony Waters and Tim Burrows never tried to sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford, as many other car dealers try to do. Everyone is very friendly and accomodating whether it is on the phone or in person. They are all considerate of your time, and feelings, and try to help in whatever way they can. And whatever service needs I have had were done quickly and fairly priced.

We purchased a used Saturn Aura from Harbro and have had excellent service since that date, earlier this year. I just went to the service center to ask a question and not only did they answer the question but were able to resolve the dilemma (installation of wiper blades which are unique) within a thirty minute period of time. Blades installed paperwork completed and out the door in about 30 minutes...wow.

The staff at HARBRO was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them and will go back to buy my next vehicle. My father and sister bought vehicles from them for the past 20 years and was always happy.

Andrea is always so pleasant and friendly. She always makes sure we get the best service and deals there , dan and the other machanics are super friendly and always take time out to smile and say hello. thanks for making my visits quick and painless.

This was the first time I ever bought a car. I really didn't know much about the process or what to expect but I had the best experience because of everyone at Harbro. I felt like I was getting the best deal and the best service possible. I totally trusted them and felt very comfortable going there and asking questions. My Tire pressure light was on, so I stopped in based upon a friends suggestions. and my issue was resolved in a matter of 10 minutes. Both Karen and the garage crew we great. I will be back and will recommend them to others.

I needed an oil change for my Mazda so I called Karen directly and she was happy to get me in right away. She is ALWAYS kind to me and extremely helpful. The oil changes are free with my purchase which is helpful in this economy! I never feel like I'm bothering Karen which is a comfort for a woman. When I called Karen on the time I could pick my vehicle up I asked if I could get the car washed. She told me no one was in detail but that she would try to get it done. John G. stepped up to do the car wash for me! He also is a good guy. He didn't have to wash my car but did it for me to be nice. Thanks to Karen and John for being kind and considerate. They rule!

Beyond the very good price on our 2010 Toyota Sienna we got a good finance rate and great service from owner Mike and his team - notably Karen Fitzgerald for her follow up on minor outstanding items. All at Harbro seemed interested in our having a positive experience. I have gone out of my way to recommend Harbro to several others - why keep a good thing like this a secret.
