Initial visit in Sept , was going to meet with Tony....

Initial visit in Sept , was going to meet with Tony. Arrived he was on phone. I wasn't acknowledged standing and waiting only a minute or so.I left because I was running late for work.I noticed the car I wanted was gone when I drove by after work any way.Later returned to see what was on the lot. Excellent Customer Service by Mike. Got the car I liked.Great experience during and after the sale.

I have been having my Ford Focus serviced at Harbro...

I have been having my Ford Focus serviced at Harbro (Webster branch) since I purchased it, and I must say, not only is Ethan a great mechanic, he truly cares about the customer. A recent Saturday morning, I was sitting in waiting room as Ethan was putting snow tires on my car. He was the only employee in the service department that day. He managed to answer phones, make appointments for customers who dropped by, and handle a "crisis" in which another customer's car broke down in her driveway...with assistance from Tony in Sales, they made arrangements for her to be brought to the Station, given a rental car, and for her car to be towed....all this and still my car was serviced with a smile and in a timely fashion. This is an example of just one specific incident...Harbro employees and owners consistently provide this high level of customer service...which is why they have been and will continue to be the place we go for all our auto needs!!

I just bought a Kia Sorento from Harbro Sales and Service...

I just bought a Kia Sorento from Harbro Sales and Service and had the best experience I have ever had in dealing with a Car Dealership. One of the main reasons for my satisfaction, was the wonderful job, that one of their Sales persons Tony Waters delivered. Tony was very friendly and helpful. He told me what options best fit into my budget and gave me double the money that any other Dealership offered me for my trade. (I had gone to at least 15 other Dealerships!) Tony got me into the low mileage, SUV of my dreams, just in time for winter. The best part is, with my trade in, I am now paying so much less per month, than I had for my previous vehicle. Thank you, Tony Waters and Harbro Sales and Service!

Our experience with Tony and Harbro Auto was awesome. I mean all the way from the first hand shake to the final handshake as we drove away in our new used car. Tony helped us with pricing and bank financing on a few cars to get us a deal that would work with our budget and bank approval. We would highly recommend Tony and Harbro Auto to family and friends.

Im a 19 yr old boy , ive gone to alot of other dealer...

Im a 19 yr old boy , ive gone to alot of other dealer ships and they didnt even give me the time of day i went to harbro, the got me approved fast and easy great selection of cars and trucks and the sales man was very streight forward overall FANTASTIC.

Tony was very friendly. This was the second car that my family had purchased through Harbro. I had to bring in my three kids as well so not only did he take care of me he took care of them as well. He had also saved us alot of money on our other car. He is a huge asset to this company!!

I had purchased my car last week on oct 8th and my tire...

I had purchased my car last week on oct 8th and my tire light came on(wa week later),my vechile really didn't start correctly, and my headlight blew on friday the 21st but because it was still in the 30 days i had to go back and get what needed to be fixed fixed and without much wait i was allset on the road again and like before my 2 of the 3 kids were taken care of by putting on the nick jr that Dan had previously recorded @ his home. i think i will continue to go for reairs when my 30day window is up.

Outstanding staff and service. We puchased a Nissan Titan and were pleased by the buying process. The price was fair and no pressure was ever put on us to buy now. We put the truck on hold while deciding whether or not it was going to work for us. They put new parts into the truck after the sale to ensure the truck was 100% ready.
