I have brought over a dozen vehicles from this dealer...

I have brought over a dozen vehicles from this dealer they are very honest and sell very good quaility used vehicles. I have recently brought my latest vehicle and the experience was just as good as my first back in 1976. Tim Hare runs an excellent shop and has passed down his knowledge and expertise to his sons.

Mike & Tim were excellent to work with at Harbro. This was our first purchase from Harbro and with out a doubt will NOT be our last. They have an excellent Sales, Service and Detail Team. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. Mike fulfilled my obligation in regards to Make, Model, Year, Color and options which fit my needs. I was not pressured from the time I stepped onto their lot. Great Dealership, I could only provide a great recommendation to anyone looking for a New Vehicle.

Kent is by far the best service manager in the business....

Kent is by far the best service manager in the business. When he recently left Webster for Whitinsville I was very concerned, but now he's back and there is no place else that I will go for service. I know he can never correct the bad choice we made in buying a 2002 Montana several years ago but he is the reason we bought again from Harbro this year. John S.

As a well informed first time buyer, the hundreds of horror stories about the bloodthirsty dealerships and their shark staff haunted my every venture. It was purely by chance that while driving down route 12 I noticed a vehicle I hadn't test driven, my MINI. I'd relate it to winning the lottery- thats just how good the service here is. Harbro was exceptional from the get go, patient with my extreme attention to detail, and extremely helpful when later the vehicle needed service. The guys here still surprise me everytime i stop by, though i should probably expect that by now. Thanks to everybody at Harbro, MINI 36

Kent Leber and the Service Department at the Webster...

Kent Leber and the Service Department at the Webster location are top notch individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty to assist the customer and get the job done right! Customer satisfaction is their number one priority, and it shows. They are very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and make you feel at ease whether dealing with routine maintenance or unexpected emergencies, which are always handled in the most timely way. I have never experienced a better Service Department, nor dealt with a better Sales Department. My family and I have purchased eight vehicles from Harbro Auto Sales and they have always maintained these vehicles. We are VERY satisfied customers and would not do business anywhere else!

Went in to Harbro looking for vehicle with an amount in mind for my monthly payments - they were very helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs - although payments little higher than what I wanted - still very satisfied with vehicle and service

I started going here because of a neighbor. They have bought all their cars in the last 5 years from them. There is 3 different cars that I know of and they have never been disappointed. They spoke highly of Kent and I decided to give it a try. I have never been more happy with service.

I buy all my cars,trucks from Harbro,because they have the customer service,and the owner Tim Hare backs up every car or truck they sell.the service is #1.,and it is always fixed in a timely manner,and done right the first time.I doing dealing with Harbro,the people are very nice to deal with

I have had many dealings with Kent and his staff and they have always been very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I have recommended Kent to many people and everyone has been very happy with his service. I would follow Kent to any shop he worked at.

I used them for their service with my previous vehicle. When I needed a new one I bought my Sonata from them and will go back there when it's time for my next vehicle. Kent is wonderful and their services are reasonably priced. They are easy to deal with and are extremely helpful and accomodating. I have recommended Harbro to both coworkers and friends,
