I have purchased 6 cars from Harboro, ovre the last 10 years and have never been disapointed with one of them Me and my 2 daughters love the warm friendly and professional service that they provide. Harry is the best he will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with what you buy, and if your not happy neither is Harry. All of the staff ar allways happy friendly helpfull an most of all efficent. We also have all our cars serviced there as well and the service dept. is equaly exceptional, they are the best. I have gone to other places but never been as satisfied as I have been at Harboro. I do strongly recomed them to everyone i know looking for a used vehicle or repair service. i went there to trade in my 2001 jeep grand cherokee to a newer car and i still owe money on my jeep so i meet mike and tim over there at harbro and they are so great and helpful and friendly they took my car payed it off and i got a 2006 toyota highlander they did an oil change for me and put a new tires and why i'm given this rating is because i realy hardly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to by a used car and get the lowest interest rate with an excllent customer service.

I purchased the car at Harbro and have had it serviced there exclusively...They are a pleasure to work with and are always upfront and infoirmitave about any work required.They have also helped with issues that I had with my extended warantee in going the extra mile to see that the work was completed and that I was satisfied with the outcome.They have gained a lifelong customer

Very Satisfied,I all ways get a great deal with Harbo's, I allways tell my friends about Harbo and what a great dal thay can get from them and how there service is the best that can be found. I would highly recomend them to anyone that is interested in buying a used or new car.

Purchased my vehicle in October. Had a few small issues that Harbro took care of for me at no charge. Offered me a loaner while my car was being serviced. Had my first oil change (which was free). Took me right in. Sales staff (Tim) was awesome, service department (Karen and Darlene) very knowledgeable and courteous. Have purchased many cars from Harbro over the years (including family members). Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends (and I have!!)

I would like to commend Kent Leber on his ability to run the Service Department at Harbro. Although, the Sales Department is great it is actually Kent and the service I receive that keeps me coming back time after time. I have been purchasing cars from Harbro for approximately 18 years (6 cars now) and the service is exemplary. Kent is the latest person I have dealt with and by far the best. He runs an efficient department, keeps appointments on time, and always recommends repairs when needed. In fact, when he left Webster to work in Whitinsville and I followed him there, which was further for me, but I trust him to get the job done right the first time. There have been others in the past but he is by far the best. He is a true leader!

This is our second vehicle purchased and serviced at Harbro and I am more than pleased. When buying a used car(or minivan in my case) there are always, eventually some problems that arise. Kent has always managed to provide prompt and exceptional service with each of my visits. He has even taken the role of my fathers mechanic, as I have obviously recommended him and his service team to everyone I know. I look forward to this and many more years of service with Kent, his knowledge, his smile, and his team at Harbro service.

Everyone at Harbro is very friendly. They make you feel comfortable. Without the customers, Harbro could not be in business and they realize this. They seem to go out of the way for you to make sure your satisfied. They give you peace of mind. There sales people aren't pushy either. They are there to help you out and get you a car at what you can afford. Harbro's customers are #1.

As soon as you step on the lot at Harbro you are greeted with friendly smiles and a "How are you today,". They don't ask because it's their job, they ask because they care. I have been a patron of Harbro for almost 20 years. My father bought his first car there when I was 14 and their service was nothing but exceeding then too. It has been my experience that Harbro only hires people with genuine qualities so the Harbro name stays true. My latest meeting with Harbro had me dealing with a young woman named Karen. She was very honest and to the point as well as friendly. What else could you ask for when dealing with financial matters in this dire times I asked many questions about how the work was to be done and how much and also changed my mind but still she kept to her guns. In the end I got the best result for me and if I could rate Harbro higher than 5 I would, but Karen would easily get a 10.
