I bought a used 2006 Ford Focus ZX4. I am very pleased with the car and whole buying process. They were very accomodating and friendly. Both Lorraine and Paul were very helpful, answering questions and explaining things as we went along. There were no unexpected problems and I would go back and do it again. I would explain my situation, I would tell them exactly what I was looking for, and I'd expect them to find the car for me in a timely manner.

Although I did not buy a car here, everyone was tremendously helpful and I was surprised at how explanatory Tim was about the entire process of buying a car, including the credit process and what kinds of fees can be thrown into the price for a car. I definitely used that knowledge when negotiating with the dealership I bought my car from, and felt confident in asking questions and finally making a decision. Tim did not have to explain everything to me like he did, but he took the time to anyway because I think he truly cares about the well-being of his customers. Thanks for everything, I'll absolutely recommend this dealership to any of my friends who are looking for a used car.

I went in to look at a 2000 Ford Ranger. The windshield needed to be replaced, as well as the rear brakes. I explained I needed it asap because my trans failed on my other car. Walked into the dealership about 12; about 5, one of the help there picked me up and drove me back to the dealership. In and out in just under 6 hours, with a brand-new brake job and a new windshield. I've dealt with a few dealers before. There were no hassles with the price; my father and I named a figure, and he accepted that as reasonable. My next truck will definately be from them!

i walked into harbro to look at a truck that i had seen passing by. i started talking with mike about my trades and the situation that i was in with my current vehical. he explained the entire prosses and how the previous dealer screwed me on my truck. mike did all he could to shop around and get me the intrest rate and payments that i needed to put me in the new truck. i now have a 2006 GMC seirra for the same price as i was paying for a 2002 chevy silerado. i would recommend to everyone to go see them. And see what they can do to help you.

Harbro made the entire car purchase an enjoyable. I went in, told them what kind of vehicle I was looking for and within 2 days drove away in my new car! They did all the leg work for me, which is always a good thing!! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and suggest my friends do the same.

This is the best dealership ever. I literally drove my new car off the lot within 24 hours and didn't lift a finger, they did it all. They care about the quality of their product and stand behind what they sell. I've bought 3 cars from them & have loved them all. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Harbro is the absolute best dealership around. Extremely great service that you just wont get at a big dealership. Their good honest people who genuinely care that you get a car that your happy with. The salesman Mike helped me for 4 hours straight just trying to find a car that was right for me. I recommend Harbro to anyone. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car from now on.

Great group of people to work with. Harbro service is all about customer satisfaction and making sure you are in a safe vehicle. I bring my vehicle in for regularly scheduled oil changes and the service team always goes beyond to make sure my vehicle is in top operating condition. They are responsive, easy to schedule, very, courteous, thoughtful, thorough and all-around good guys!

This was our first used car buying experience. We were looking for my daughter's first car and had passed by Harbro Auto in Webster. We saw a car that looked interesting so we went online to Harbro's website to investigate. I filled out an online request showing exactly what kind of car we were looking including year, make, model, color, etc. That very day I received an email response and a call from Lorraine Maher saying she had a car that met most of our requirements. Unfortunately we weren't exactly ready to buy yet ( I had no idea I'd get that quick of a response). I told Lorraine our time frame and she said she'd continue to look for the car we wanted. She got back to me a few times with different cars but we still weren't quite ready. A few weeks later she dropped me an email saying she thought she had the car we'd been looking for and all our requirements seemed to match up. My daughter and I went down there that day and absolutely loved the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and put a deposit on it right away. Lorraine was so helpful throught the whole process from loan options to extended warrantee options to getting everything set up with the registry. They got the car ready to take home in only a few days!! Tim was there when we went to pick it up and he was also wonderful.
