All aspects of every transaction were taken care of rapidly and professionally. Service on the vehicles,like brakes for example, have been performed exactly and at very competitive prices after many many carefree miles from the date of our initial purchase. My wife and I will not purchase from or have service done on our vehicles by another dealer. My husband and I purchased a 2002 Ford Taurus in 2004 from Harbro. They have always gone above and beyond in the service department and are very courteous and thorough. I would reccommend them to anyone. We would definitely buy from Harbro again.

i bought a 2002 aurora, had some problems(electrical) they were very good was given a loaner car. was fixed charged $0. i tell people i know they should go to harbro.great dealership, very nice & friendly employee's!! bought the warranty, excellent coverage!!

We rate Harbro so highly because they made buying a used vehicle a pleasure! NEVER had that experience before. They were knowledgeable, patient and help. Throughout the whole process, we felt that Harbro/Mike were helping us to make a choice. We never felt as though we were being 'sold too'. I have told all my friends about Harbro and would be very happy if they gained new customers because of my experience with them. I cannot say enough good things about them - they are definitely number 1 in my book!

All work done was explained and given reason why. Made us aware of all warrenty issues applicable and kept our costs down as low as possible, sometimes "0". Friendly to talk to and get answers from. Not your usual "Ho-Hum" dealer, they go the extra step that makes the difference. Thank you Harbro;
