I went for oil change that was great they notice my tire sensor was working properly. I told him it has been an on going issue I will have them change batteries. I was told it was a new mechanism put on a year ago anyways I left deale2 days later my tire is reading improperly. I don't understand why they can't fix there problem.

Mr.Bobby was awesome, he is what all sales people should strive to be like. I drove 350 miles to get a truck and he had everything ready when we got there. Very nice,honest,professional guy. Everyone else was nice and professional also. Texan GMC setting standards for other dealers.

Terrible service
Bought 2 Rams ($110+K) on April 4th. STILL waiting on the license plates 4 MONTHS LATER. Delays: Dealer failed to get the weigh tickets prior to sale. I had to take both trucks for weigh tickets and then deliver to the dealer. Was asked for the weigh tickets a week after I hand delivered them. Sent photos of each truck 3 times and asked a 4th time for them. I continue to badger the dealer for replacement temp tags every time they expire. When advised the plates had finally arrived the dealer agreed to overnight them. I confirmed I wanted them overnighted (it's an hour drive to the dealership). The dealer says the tags were overnighted via UPS Tuesday, then said they were overnighted Wednesday and then Thursday swore they had "just" been picked up by UPS and guaranteed they would arrive by 4:00 Friday. Here it is Friday and UPS tracking has no record of receiving them. Had to request copies of closing documents for 1 of the trucks multiple times. Finally received after 2.5 months. I purchase fleet trucks for our business frequently and this experience was a huge disappointment. I won't be back and warn everyone to stay away from this dealership.

Senior citizens BEWARE!
Put down $1000 deposit for a 2021 Pacifica Pinnacle. Took 2017 Pacifica Ltd in for trade appraisal. A "manager" familiar with my order "appraised" my extra clean, low mile trade for over $3900 less than KBB Vroom and CarMax highest offer, saying "that's what they bring at auction". Luckily, I found exact vehicle at another dealer who allowed $5500 more for the same tradin. My tradin was purchased from Texan, so why should I pay them $5500 more for the vehicle from them? They saw a 75 year old man, assumed I was stupid and tried to take advantage of me.

Headlight bulb replacement.
Took in my Sierra for a left low beam headlight lamp replacement. I was told that it would take an hour . After over two hours, I went to the service advisor and was told that my truck was being washed and would be read shortly. I walked around back and saw that my truck was outside being worked on. I went to see the advisor again. As I was talking to the advisor, the technician came and and said that the parts department had ordered the incorrect bulb. They finally found the correct bulb and finished my truck within another 1/2 hour. I usually have good service here so, I am chalking this up to a 1 time mistake.

Terrible Experience watch for bait and switch
As we head forward with this Covid-19 it has become more challenging to handle business face to face but this is still no excuse for falsely texting a price and once I was on my way to the lot. Price was changed 3 times. When I spoke to a manager named William he did very little to nothing to rectify this situation. Being a large dealership such as Texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram with such large inventory you would not expect this sort of behavior. I was ready to buy, took the day of from work, did my homework price wise, drove from Hockley, Texas past several dealerships to get there only to face multiple price changes. People save your precious money and time. Do not buy from this dealership.
