Friendly and very prompt service.

Great Service

Staff are very respectful of customers. They showed good attitude even though they are busy or it is almost closing time. We highly recommend this branch, Honda Mcgrath in Chicago.

Excellent service!

My service rep Ethan Giddens was excellent. He showed me how to rest the air pressure icon he was friendly and professional.i have been to Grossinger and they were not nice and i was at Castle for my last oil change but they only changed the oil..no fluid levels were filled and they were low. mcgrath is a bit further but their customer service is the best...

Great service and courteous staff

Our service advisor, Ethan, was especially courteous and knowledgeable. As were all those we encountered. Facilities were all clean and convenient.

Great Spot

good service except they left my car on and in the alley when they brought it around to pick it up after they serviced it
