Initially wrote positive reviews. We are well aware of the gamble, purchasing a vehicle at a "smaller" dealership. we liked the employees, and our salesman Gary. If I want to stay positive, and give them the benefit of the doubt, MAYBE they didn't know the extent of the issues with the vehicle. Long story short. No exaggeration, and no expectations that we would have any recourse. More of a "lesson learned".... Purchased vehicle on 2/17/2020. Drove it straight to our mechanic. $2,000- major amount of work and parts. control arm front strut mounts rotors, pad coolant reservoir regular maintenance- oil change, alignment From there, had to take it to the Cadillac dealership. Just got the quote.. $6,000. timing chain struts back up camera replaced. Not happy.

Had a great experience very helpful. I was in need of a car fast and I’m glad I chose Brick city motors. I will definitely recommend this place to whoever want a reliable vehicle.

I was a little skeptical when I saw Brick City Motors offerings online. They seemed a little too good to be true. I figured we would get there and they would say, Oh sorry someone just bought that but we have this "X" that you might be interested in. BUT that was not the case. Manny, our salesman was upfront about faults and potential work needed. He allowed us to do some real diagnostic testing. The car passed with flying colors. Did I also mention the very fair prices? Will recommend to nyone ooking for a used car.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED 2000 DODGE TRUCK, WITH A PLOW. SO FAR ITS ALL THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, JAMES THE SALESMAN WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ASSURE ME, I WAS GETTING A GOOD TRUCK. THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS GREAT. THERE WAS A BROKEN TAIL LIGHT LENS, AND THEY PROMISED TO GET ONE.I WOULD BUY OTHER CARS AND TRUCKS WHEN THE NEED ARISES.

This is one of the best car dealers I have ever been to! They treat you like family!! I went to other dealers prior to this one and noone was able to get me a loan for a vehicle. I needed a car asap being that mine broke down, I went there and within a few hours I was approved and drove home in my new car! Gary the salesman was great and assisted in finding the perfect vehicle for my family and I that fit our budget! The finance manager Cesar fought with the finance company to get me approved at an affordable rate. Lori was very helpful on all aspects, answered any questions we had efficiently. She assisted with completing the paperwork, and preparing temporary registration and plates! Was a great painless process! They all work together as a team!
