Tri Le worked lightning fast to get everything done fir me when I was in a tough time crunch. Great service and a great dealership.

I had a very bad experience with the Service Center at BMW Carlsbad. I dropped off my BMW X5 for a first oil change (8 months after purchase) at the Service Center. After picking up my car from the Service Center I noted buff marks and scratches on the inside door controls on the driver side. Their service team also did not investigate and resolve one of the issues I informed them about when I made the service appointment. Overall, a very bad service experience at this location.

Really nice, new facility which is conveniently located just off the 5 freeway on Cannon. I found the team to be courteous and helpful. They were busy; I did have to wait a few minutes at drop-off for a service manager. Regardless, they got everything done in about 4 hours and washed the car.

I?ve been a client of Nick Munoz?s for many years now and he is truly one of the best salesman I have ever come across. He is a huge asset to your company and always such a joy to be around.

BMW of Carlsbad is a great place to get your car serviced. The communication is excellent, the service is top notch, and have you seen the mechanics? bay! You can watch cars get serviced through a huge window. What a fantastic experience for BMW fans!

Andres was very helpful in making our decision to purchase a new vehicle. He was patient and let us test drive several vehicles, which allowed us to decide which car to purchase.
