Best dealership experience ever.
Best car buying experience ever. Extremely helpful, respectful, genuinely concerned with making the whole process positive, fun, and relaxing. From start to finish, even with bringing two little kids with us, we felt valued, welcome, and at home. No weird pressure, just a complicated process made easier amongst BMW connoisseurs. We drove 7h south to buy from here with zero regrets, and we will continue to do so. Best of the best, no competition. Makes every other car buying experience a joke. From the general manager to the random mechanic walking by, everyone greeted and cared. Thank you.

Not good. Basically as abysmal an experience I could...
Not good. Basically as abysmal an experience I could imagine. Bought a car a couple weeks ago. -Was there about 3+ hours. -They added two extra care packages which I didn’t want. (About $4500 and 2500-3k) as well as -Didn’t respond to emails. -Only one fob was working when I picked up the car.

Definitely Recommend This Dealership
David was my salesman. He was great he made the process very smooth and comfortable. He wasn?t pushy there was no pressure at all. He was also made everything really convenient. I worked with the finance manager Jeremy also, he was great as well. He broke down the warranty options in a very understandable way. He made sure the paperwork process went smoothly. Jeremy was very organized. Their inventory is amazing also their cars are all in amazing condition. I was very impressed.
