Great Experience
Dropped car off for windshield wiper motor replacement and to have brake pads checked. Was provide with a new X3 loaner car even though I was planning to have shuttle take me home. Was called a couple hours later and informed that a leak was found in the corner of a gasket while performing 30-point inspection. Vehicle was ready two days later. Overall customer experience was exceptional.

Exceptional customer service and car care
Time to service my BMW I went in for a Oil change and brake fluid flush , service advisor Gabriel Soriano extended exceptional customer service, he was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind , Neal performed the car service , very efficient under 1 hour neat no mess, car running very smooth ..... Encinitas BMW rocks ! I always get good old fashion customer service and great work . Gloria price compared tires for me and answered all my tire questions.

We have been buying and leasing our cars from Irvine BMW for over 10 years but needed to work with the Encinitas location since they were the only somewhat local dealership that had the specs we wanted in an X7. After 2 days of negotiating over the phone, we came into this dealership ready to purchase. It was so awkward from the moment we arrived. There was no reception area or anyone to talk to in sight so we sent a text to the sales associate we had been working with. He eventually came out to meet us and briefly introduced himself to my husband and didn't even acknowledge me even though he and I had been conversing over the last couple of days. Then he immediately asks my husband to sign off on pricing before even asking if we wanted to see the car. xxx? This was pretty much how the whole situation unfolded. The whole time it seemed we were a bother to them and they were doing us a favor. F-THAT... we walked away and we are happy to go back to a proper dealership like Irvine BMW where everyone is respectful, courteous, and professional. Based on the horrible reviews I've read about this dealership, these snakes were trying to screw us over with a deal that was too good to be true. We just dodged a bullet!

It's My First BMW Experience
I don't want to go to deep but the end of them month is either the best time to buy or the worse. It's the time for rushing to close a deal, but that rushing can also bring a good deal to keep the sale. All together the staff is great they have patience and are willing to work with you. DON'T let them wash your car
I've been going to this location for nearly 30 years, beginning with a previous owner of the location. The experience under current ownership is just OK, not what you'd expect from BMW, and not what I experienced with the previous owner. You should give other locations a try if possible. Because it's so close to my home I've been going here, but now that the full BMW warranty has expired I'll be using a different shop for mx. The car wash after a mx service WILL result in a scratched finish on your car. The two times they washed my car (I ask them not to now) it took a $200 detailing to repair the damage. This place provides what you'd expect from an average repair shop, not a BMW dealership. Consider your alternatives

My complaint is against BMW Encinitas Dealership. They have my car, title & vessel transfer documents since 1/20/2021, As of today 3/1/2021, I not been paid the value of $26,000.00 as agreed upon. I have spoken to Justin the General Sales manager & he does not respond. The salesman handling the transaction John "Jack" Silverwood has an excuse for everything, never follows up or communicates.

I have reached out to your General manager numerous times from (1/20/2021 - 03/02/2021) and "Justin" the General Manager does not respond. I have left messages and he never calls back, perhaps Corporate needs to be involved. I still have not been paid the $26,000.00 owed me,
