My experience with this dealership has consistently been excellent. My only complaint is on my last visit, I was not kept sufficiently updated on when my car would be ready for pickup or even if it might not be ready until the following day.

3 hr oil change
I was disappointed that a simple 30 minute oil change took over 3 hours to complete. Not cool. My time is worth something.

I love being able to bring my car to the local dealership
I love being able to bring my car to the local dealership in Encinitas. I know from experience that I can trust their service. Over the years everyone who has helped me with my car has been very knowlegable, courteous and professional. The bonus and most importantly they have provided a service that always makes me feel trusting and comfortable about the care of my car. Keith and Miguel go above and beyond with answering any of my sometimes silly questions. They take the time to explain what service is being provided and go above and beyond being patient and caring. I feel very grateful to have such exemplary service for my car from your staff especially Keith and Miguel.

BMW Encinitas
The team at BMW Encinitas is awesome! Nyphon gets my top-rates service award. He is a great listener and communicator. He was very thorough in explaining repairs I needed (I have an older BMW). When things are stressful for a customer, Nyphon is the type of person you want helping you and your BMW.
