SOLD ME CAR WITH CRACKED CYLINDER HEADS ENGINE NO GOOD TIRES NO GOOD CAR NO GOOD

Buyer beware. Worst experience ever. Have a complaint with the BBB. Eric and Richard both lied to me. They cleared codes and offered to replace the parts they knew was wrong but replaced with cheap alternatives that didn’t fix the problem. After I pressed further Richard threatened to call the cops for harassment. Buyer beware.

They tried to sell me a vehicle that needed $10k+ in repairs and wouldn't give me my deposit back. Bunch of scam artists. Do NOT buy from them!

The salesmen were so kind and helpful. The team was able to communicate well with me throughout the test drive, financing, and full purchase of my new vehicle. The staff in the building were all very kind and welcoming, and everyone was willing and eager to help with any questions I had!

Company very slow and only get back to me half the time in email. I called and spoke with them in person on Tuesday and set up an appointment for 10 am Saturday. I live 2.5 hours away and made the drive to dealership. I arrived and they acted like they did not know I was coming and that they had already sold vehicle. I had asked for pictures of any defects on prior conversations prior to traveling and got pictures of 1 item and when I got there was numerous dents and rusted spots they did not want to share, and when I called them out in person the pretended like they did not see them thats why I was not informed. When I arrived at facility it was a mess, I arrived early and watched as sign says opens at 9am the started to roll in around 9:30 and open things up.

Buying a truck can be frustrating and and confusing, Miguel made it neither of those things and being deaf, he stepped up 110% to make sure that I understood every step of the process. I love my truck and I will definitely recommend to all.
