Kris and her team are amazing! When I didn't feel like the initial problem was fixed, Kris road with me so I could point out what I was hearing. She listened to me with a smile, even though I was not my best self. The Nissan team re-examined my car for free to ensure my safety on the road. Thank you!

Travis was very professional.

Travis was very professional. I did not have an appt as an airbag warning light came on while I was driving. Travis met me at my car, ready to help even though it was nearing the end of the workday. He quickly checked me in, explain the pre-diagnostics which revealed an alignment issue. Grateful for his customer service!
