Repairs took a week however the problem stemmed from a
Repairs took a week however the problem stemmed from a shorted wire so the diagnostics turned out to be extensive and expensive. Was kept informed by service with texts and videos of problem so felt more at ease that they were doing what had to be done.

I took my 2018 Nissan Leaf to Clear Lake Nissan to be serviced. I greatly appreciated the way I was treated from beginning to end. They have a very good way of handling the vehicle diagnosis by having the mechanic go over your car point by point on video. Our service advisor, Zac Brown, was so helpful and kind every step of the way. I am so grateful and impressed with the service department!
