Everything started out very well..... we were traveling 200 miles on a Saturday to test drive and purchase car on same day, and that did happen. Upon leaving we were handed the 2nd key fob. Later that evening finding that it did not open the car. And on opening the 'emergency key there were No groves cut in the key therefore the car would not open, as this makes sense. We contacted our sales representative, Angel who was very helpful and we had he would have a new 'entry Key' cut and mailed. In the meantime we purchase a new battery to see if this would help the fob, and no it didn't. A week later the key cut key arrived. We contacted Amery Chev. again regarding the fob and they said we could drive our car back to them, 200 miles one way, or go to our nearest Chev.dealer. Our hometown dealer said if the key had to be originally programmed to the car it would be an out of pocket cost to us. I discussed this with Amery and they said yes this is correct. I asked them if they would pay the local dealer and they would not, it would be an out of pocket cost to us. That the manager would not 'bend on this one', drive car back or pay out of pocket. We are very disappointed that we were given a defaulted key Fob and they would not go good on the product at their cost to accommodate their fault. Again, Angel the salesman did everything he could to help us on the day of the purchase and now. I would recommend him at anytime ! He gets a 5 Star rating. The dealer, well not so......... This would be a zero rating if i could. Last week I contacted them about a truck they had for sale. We got all the way down to the point where we had an agreed upon price. I told them on Friday at 3:17 in the afternoon that my wife and I will talk it over and let them know. I got back to them on Saturday and told them we would take it. I then got an email from Delaney Pierce, their "business manager" stating that they had two test drives they needed to honor which shocked me. I wrote back to her and told her i will send a down payment now. She did not respond so i called her back. She stated that she must honor the test drives scheduled for today. That is total hogwash. I had the offer and I was wanting to put down my deposit before any test drives. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and never had a more downer experience. One would think, the test drivers would of been told it was sold. I asked a local dealer and he said that they probably had a family member or "Pillar of the community" interested. Delaney also was rude on the phone and lied to me several times, the first being that we had been in contact for several weeks about the truck, which we were not, it wasn't even a week. She also stated that these people were local and i was from out of town..to which i responded, "what does that matter?" My wife and I ended up taking Friday off to come and pick up the truck and they knew that. If you are from out of town, stay away from this dealership. If i would of read all the reviews sooner, I would not have contacted them at all. Live and learn. MIke

I have been a customer of Amery Chevrolet since 2007 when my wife and I bought a brand-new Tahoe and have purchased 4 more brand new chevy trucks since then and have been working with Robert Fuller in sales he has been great to work with all these years. Unfortunately, there has been a large turnover, basically everyone at Amery Chevrolet. The only original person from when I started doing business with Amery Chevrolet is Robert, I had a warranty steering wheel for my high-country truck and when called to have it installed, they informed me they sold it, I asked to have the manager call me but no response was received. When I called the general manager John Buhr, he said he would investigate it and call me back. Several hours later I received a call from the service manager Dan Torgerson, and he said he would investigate it. that was on August 8th and no further contact has been attempted. So, what kind of people do that well: crooks, thieves, and liars. They stole from Chevrolet, and they stole from me. Good luck everyone who deals with the thieves at Amery Chevrolet. UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE. You failed to mention that it took 8 months for the part to come in and we only received one call that I responded back to. Please list all details on when you tried to contact us. Amery Chevrolet, INC. (Owner) a day ago We are sorry that you feel this way about your experience with us. I did see that you failed to mention that after ordering the steering wheel and after multiple attempts of us trying to contact you to schedule the installed you waited almost a YEAR to try to have it installed. Unfortunately, we cannot be expected to sit on parts inventory for that long. If you have any other questions or wish to talk about this further please reach out.

Reached out promptly to answer questions and provide any additional information I needed. Courteous and respectful. One thing that was a bit of an annoyance was all the unnecessary extra emails they sent. Easy to unsubscribe from receiving them though!

It took an hour and a half for an oil change/ tire rotation. My appointment was for 11, they didn't get my vehicle in until about11:45. When they got the oil change done, nobody bothered to tell me it was done. At 12:15 i went to the service desk to see if it was done, and it was sitting outside. The service writer went on her lunch break while my car was done, so I spent an extra half hour waiting. Won't be going back, won't recommend anyone else to go there. People used to have a work ethic, but some people have no idea what that means. They also didn't use my chevy rewards like they said they were going to.

Inquired about the availability of a car and was told the car was available. Sent the salesman an email saying I will be in in the morning. Made the trip and was told the car was sold.
