4 years of great service

I?ve had my equinox about 4 years. I always bring my car to Columbia Chevrolet for service. They keep my car in tip top shape. They are honest, on time, and the facilities are very clean.

GREED. trying to decieve a customer taking away there...

GREED. trying to decieve a customer taking away there warranty at the end just so they dont have to give you a CPO warranty that came with the car. Greed will backfire on you.

Great and fast service

I went in at 1 pm on a Friday for my oil change. I was walking out by 1:30 with a full service, car wash and all of my fluids topped off. The facility was clean, no other customers were there and there was no contact service. Great job!

Scheduled maintenance

I walked in for oil change and tire rotation it was so fast that I could not finish my coffee in the customer waiting area and the price was so low that I asked the service advisor if they performed the right service for my suburban and he ended up giving a big list with all what was checked in this visit

I bought a 2020 Suburban, when you spend 70K on a vehicle...

I bought a 2020 Suburban, when you spend 70K on a vehicle you would at least expect it to be detailed when you go pick it up. Not only that but the day that I picked it up they couldn’t find my second key FOB - I had to make a second trip over there so that they could program the key Fob, Plus give me the DVD remote that they never put in the car. I asked that day if it could be detailed again since they never did it and there was all kinds of crap all over the floors just from the manufacturing carpet underlay. That day I bought premium weather mats in which they just decided to throw over the weather mats and not detail the carpet when you lift up the all weather mat you can tell there’s all kinds of garbage still under there. I will not be buying from this dealer again or going here for services
