I bought a Jeep from this dealership over 2 years ago that only came with 1 key fob. I got a call from Drew late June 2025 that they had found my 2nd key for that car. My intention was to only run over and get that other key. While I was there I asked Drew if he could lower my payments. At the end of our conversation I was out of the Jeep and into a 2025 Chevy Trax and cheaper payments. I'm also much happier with my new Trax.

Make sure you ask for a carfax on any car you buy from them! It doesn't matter if they assure you its clear! This happened to me I bought a Tahoe for 42k I asked the salesperson for a carfax he would tell me I assure you it's good and would walk out the office like he was going to get it and would come back and distract us at the end of the ordeal we signed and left forgetting about the carfax. 2 years later I try to trade it in a sure and behold I go back to patterson and they tell me it's worth nowhere near what I owe on it. Pretty much tells me I got screwed, I told the salesperson I bought it from yall. Haven't called me back since. Would never do business with them again they suck and are crooks in my eyes

I have bought all of my cars here.. no problem. I have had all of my maintenance performed here..no problem. Until the supervisor, Josh offered me a service for $89.99 (oil change and minimal maintenance) which I agreed to. I verified the price at four different times during my interactions with him. When I approached the counter to pay my bill it stated the price of $722.10. No call about a price change.. just a laugh from him saying "Well did you ask if that $89.99 was the total price?. Unacceptable.

Service Department Sucks!!! Appointment was made and vehicle left for the day and only one item taken care of in a days time. They acted like no big deal, you’ll need to bring back in. My time is just important as theirs.

This was the second time my car was in for same problem. Temp gauge not working and check engine light staying. First time in I was told my Donny the service adviser that nothing was wrong with car. But the next day it all happened again. When I took it back in I took to Carla and everything was the same as before. The mechanic that worked on car this time said the Thermostat was bad and the throttle body needed replaced, which was the whole problem before, and didn't know why the car wasn't fixed the first time. If Patterson keeps Carla as service adviser yes I will be back.

This is my 3rd truck purchased from this dealership. Patrick the salesman went far and beyond any other salesman or dealership I have reached out too. Would not buy a vehicle anywhere else. I live inTyler and have no problem driving to Kilgorebecause I know I am going to get excellent customer service
