The staff were all courteous & welcoming.

The staff were all courteous & welcoming. Service was over all excellent but I was told there was nail on 1 of the tires & the tire need to be replaced . Went to good- year dealer to compare prices but was told there was no nail, no need to buy a new tire .

This was my first car purchase, and I was a bit nervous

This was my first car purchase, and I was a bit nervous going in, but Mr. Hunter Brito, the sales representative, made the whole experience surprisingly smooth. He took the time to walk me through all the features during the test drive and explained the purchase options in a way that was easy to understand—no rushing, no pressure. I purchased my car at a great price, and the negotiation went easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. I also like that the Kia Bridgewater dealership offers a solid warranty program, which gave me extra peace of mind. Thanks to Hunter, what I thought would be stressful turned out to be a clear and comfortable process.

Fernando went above and beyond.

Fernando went above and beyond. He made sure my vehicle was inspected thoroughly and advised me of the things that needed to be taken care of before I take a road trip.

Fernando was an amazing service advisor, he kept me

Fernando was an amazing service advisor, he kept me updated on everything the technician was doing to my car. He gave me a list of recommendations and went over the it and told me the ones that took priority first. He was not pushy and let me make the decision. He valued my time and provided me with a loaner car when I told him I needed to head to work. He walked me out to get loaner car as well. When I arrived back the next day for my car he was welcoming and went over what was fixed. He walked me out to my car. He was understanding and I can’t say enough about him!!
