The service department did a good job on repairing my

The service department did a good job on repairing my transmission cooler and making sure it was taken care of through my warranty. The lube station was very thorough in regards to my oil change and service point inspection.. I would recommend GMCservice to anyone.

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Everything was fast and went smoothly. So glad they continued to help us a little after hours since we showed up later in the day. My dad and I left with a car and the biggest smiles on our faces!

2024 Denali pickup with a sunroof leak that they have

2024 Denali pickup with a sunroof leak that they have find and fix numerous times with no success They have gone as far as to replace the sunroof assembly and called in an expert on water leaks and could not find out where the water is getting in. It’s staining the headliner and spotting the passenger seat I need help to resolve the issue before it ruins a expensive truck

Returned this morning (Monday) to Phillips with the same issue of water leaking inside the cab. After Sunday nights heavy rain this is when the leak occurs. Your service manager ask me to leave the truck so they can try again to find the problem. This is the fifth time for the same issue. I need help to resolve this problem Paul Hansen

Oil change caused leaking oil.

Oil change caused leaking oil. Had to return to get it fixed. Audio amp were placed and only 1 speaker working. Had to return to get it fixed.

My AC was not working properly, so I took it to them for

My AC was not working properly, so I took it to them for repair. I told the service guy I wanted it fixed a d he quoted me $4500.00. I said ok, but I expect it to work like new. I got the car back after they had it 4 weeks, has to pay my bill prior to getting the car, and the AC worked worse than when it went in. The service guy said to bring it back, and we will fix it. It still does not work properly. And I am xxxxed out of the money

Daniel was so very nice to deal with.

Daniel was so very nice to deal with. He even came to my home to let me test drive the car we had seen online!! The day of purchase was handled with ease as well. He showed and explained the many features of this car. Most importantly… he offered for me to stop in any time with further questions that naturally occur after you’ve had time to explore and drive your new car! I’m very pleased with my car and the customer service I received.

Great service and attention to the customer.

Great service and attention to the customer. However, we were at the service center for 3 hours to change a rear signal bulb.
