Ferguson and Service Manager Daniel really took care of

Ferguson and Service Manager Daniel really took care of us with an unexpected axle rebuild. I was stuck in Colorado with a heavy trailer that needed to be in Montana ASAP and they facilitated a 1-ton rental to keep me on schedule. I’ll definitely rely on them in the future!

I’ve had a great experience with the service department

I’ve had a great experience with the service department at Ferguson GMC in Colorado Springs. The team, led by the new manager Jared, has been professional, responsive, and attentive to any concerns that have come up. Jared has done an excellent job addressing issues quickly and thoroughly. Corey was especially helpful, he took the time to explain everything in detail and even answered follow-up questions when I called later. It’s clear this is a well-run team that truly values customer service. Highly recommend their service department!

I’ve always had a good experience every time I’ve brought

I’ve always had a good experience every time I’ve brought my truck in. This last time there was an error in the processing of my work order for an oil change and fuel filter. My truck was not completed when promised. Without me asking your service folks made it right in a very good way. Thank you!
