My New (to me) Chevy Colorado
I just brought a 2017 Chevy Colorado truck from Tomball Chevrolet and I must say that my car buying experience was really great, my salesperson was Maria ,she was so patient with me and she walk me through every option that was possible to ensure that I was completely satisfied and she didn't stop until I found what I needed, and I am so grateful to her for her patience with me. Even after I bought the car she continues to call to make sure that all is well. Thank you Maria, I appreciate you and thanks to Parkway Chevrolet. Thanks again , Maria!!

Theft from the disabled!
If it wasn't for the sales person that helped us,Parkway would not even get a 1 star. Shawn was awesome. After Shawn worked at great lengths to find the perfect truck for my husband, who is a paraplegic, we were so happy. That happiness VERY QUICKLY faded due to the rest of our experience with the horrible finance and after market department. Yes they worked to get us financing, however, in this GREAT STATE OF TEXAS, disabled people are NOT TO BE CHARGED SALES TAX FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE THAT IS FOR THAT DISABLED PERSON. We gave Spencer, the finance person, ALL the required paperwork. They REFUSED to redo the loan properly. Still charging us tax and now they are REFUSING to return any of our inquiries about this. That is OVER $6000 THAT THEY ARE STEALING FROM US!!!!! We even reached out asking to speak to the manager. He has not returned our call. We asked for the GM reps name and number, they hung up on us. We called them back and we were told they can't give us this information. So guess what Parkway, we registered a complaint directly with GM. We recorded our conversation with them proving that we have been very VERY polite, never raising our voices or acting obnoxious. Just asking that they answer our questions. Still no reply. Now on top of them keeping our $6,000 the vendor that they sent our truck to for an after market part to be placed, put a dent in the drivers side door frame (my husband doesn't use the driver side door to get into the truck), put a scratch on the tail gate and parts were broken and dented. The broken parts were replaced but none of the other things were addressed.. We pointed this out before we took possession of the truck for the final time and have pictures and they still have yet to call us back about how they are going to fix it. This is just horrible. Even though we have reached out to GM directly, we are also reaching out to the ADA and the state of Texas. Pretty sure what they've done and continue to do is against the law! Hope you don't treat all you customers, especially the disabled ones, this way.

Very unhappy customers at Parkway Chevrolet
We purchased a New 2019 Chevy Equinox in December 2019. We have had it for 6 months when the check engine light appeared. Long story short it has been back in service 5 times for the SAME code/issue that they can not seem to correct. To make matters worse, there have been more than 400 miles added to my odometer from someone driving it and when they called to say your vehicle is ready, the gas tank was almost completely empty with the actual gas light on. The alignment is now not straight and the brakes feel funny. This does not feel like a new car anymore and we are not happy. We have spoke with the Service Dept director and basically have got no where with the General Manager. We were told that yes, your vehicle was driven a lot and an lot of miles were put on your vehicle, but that was necessary. We even found a dry cleaners receipt for someone we don't even know in the car when we got it back? We feel like they could help us, but they will not. We are very unhappy customers and at a loss. I would highly recommend not purchasing a new Chevrolet from Parkway Chevrolet if at all possible.

Service is what sells vehicles
I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past ten years and none from these guys although it is very convenient for me. You spend 20 minutes with a salesman and 5 years with the service dept. This service department is the worst I have dealt with. They never call when they promise and when you call in they give you some song and dance instead of telling the truth. I rarely take my vehicle here but do when something needs to be done by a Chevrolet mechanic. It is always so much drama I prefer not to use them. Once every 5 or 6 years is all I can stand.

Car buying made easy
Took My Mom this weekend car shopping. We visited 3 dealerships. She just didn't see what she wanted in her price range. So I had been on line shopping and found a beautiful buick I knew she would like. We went to Parkway and turned the corner and there it was. We were there about 5 mins when a salesman approached us. His name was Harvey, This Gentlemen introduced himself and ask how he could help. I told him about the 3 SUV we were interested in. He went to xx on the availability of the 3. He came back with keys to 2 one was the SUV we were most interested in. They took it for a spin and decide that was the one. We went inside and was greeted by the GM. He was very cool and easy to talk to. Harvey got the process started then we went to Chris in finance. Chris was amazing to work with he explained everything in detail did not rush us thru the process at all. After all was signed Harvey walked us out and helped explain some of the features. This entire team of men and women helped make a usual stressful situation very relaxed and comfortable. We will be return customers from now on. Thank you guys again for helping my Mom in her purchase. God Bless You All Other Dealerships can learn from you guys 😊

Misdiagnosis and charged for wrong repairs
I dropped off my truck to have the A/C repaired and a GM recall software update performed. When I got my truck back, a notice on my dash stated "Grade Brake Active", and the transmission would downshift through the gears for no reason. I took it back and showed them the problem. They said it was a module in the transmission. It cost me $554.00 to have it repaired. 3 days later the same problem arose again. I called and told them what was going on and they told me it would be another $800.00 to fix the problem. They didn't even have my truck in their possession when I got the repair quote. Why did they not fix the problem when they had the vehicle? And, how did they know what the problem was without even having my vehicle in their service department???? If I have to spend my hard earned money to fix a problem, I will be spending at another dealership. I'll NEVER set foot at Parkway Chevrolet again!
