What an absolutely magnificent experience!
I would just like to recognize Rondell Douglass and his team at Cadillac Dealership of Greenwich CT for a job well done! I noticed an issue concerning the warning service light in a recently purchased Escalade. As a result, my boss, the owner, was nervous and about to taking a long trip. As her assistant, I was understandably worried that it couldn't be addressed in time. Enter Rondell Douglas, Sales Manager I contacted Ron and explained to him the situation. Before I could blink my eyes, he said that he would take care of it right away. "Bring the car up as soon as you can and I will have my guys take care of it". I drove up right away to the dealership. The first thing I noticed was how inviting, modern and spotless condition of the dealership and its repair facility. It looked like it was brand new or remodeled. I was greeted by Ron himself and his repair manager Luke who quickly in processed vehicle. Ron brought me into the lounge area. Comfortable Lounge Chairs WiFi Coffee and charging stations were made available to me. He said he wanted to do a thorough diagnostic test and inspection to rule out any issues and could take some time so make yourself comfortable. Which is exactly what I did. Ron came in one last time to offer a Loaner in case I needed to go back to NYC. I said that I was good for the day. Later I asked I let him know that I was going to run a few errands and was going to walk into town. He insisted in offering a loaner which I gladly accepted. Within 10-15 minutes I had a fresh washed Caddy waiting for me to drive around. I did a few things grabbed lunch and returned to the dealership. When I came back the car was ready to go. Ron's associate Luke explained that a full diagnostic test was completed with a full inspection to validate results and no faults found. The computer system was reset and I was on my way. Everything was covered on warranty. I tried to tip them but they refused saying that as a client and our job to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the results. And I sure was especially my boss, greatly relieved was able to make her trip with out delay. We have not had an issue ever since. I can't thank the Rondell Douglass and the members of the Cadillac of Greenwich Connecticut team for their expertise, professional and courtesy. Highly recommend. Many many thanks!

Very dishonest dealership, very inappropriate behavior
Very dishonest dealership, very inappropriate behavior from management. Not at all like my previous experience with Cadillac. Will never purchase another Cadillac sad to say. Not if this is who I would need to deal with locally.

Stay Away from Service
Completely dishonest and inappropriate. Did damage to my vehicle which I only brought to Cadillac for service to preserve it's value and good condition. Poor service and shady. Blamed me for getting upset and verbalizing my discontent when I realized they damaged my transmission. Unfortunately after being a proud Cadillac owner for many years, this dealership is the reason I now own a different luxury vehicle. Something I never thought I would do.

Final Review on September 21, 2022 I am conflicted. I like Ron, especially Chris, and Tyrell, but as a first-time car buyer, I did not have any help and support, and should not have bought a new, underwhelming Cadillac XT4 and the almost $2,700 in Tire and Wheel Protection. I was not even given the key to the wheel locks but accepted their apology for not giving it to me, and caused me 3-weeks’ hassle of contacting Cadillac headquarters. If you are a super educated and fully-prepared, unrushed new car buyer, you should go to this dealership as the buying process is seamless, the people are attentive and nice, and the dealership is immaculate. I do not regret meeting the nice, new people at this dealership.

Dishonest, no accountability
Avoid this dealership! Highly dishonest and unaccountable. Will say anything to get a deal done, bait and switch. Rondell will retract anything he initially said to induce you to buy. Will say a lower priced vehicle is in stock and try to sell you a higher priced one. Cadillac’s resale value is a joke. Once you leave the lot with the new car, the value diminishes 27% right away. It doesn’t matter what the Kelley Blue Book says- even with all the added expensive and mostly unnecessary features- any other dealership will greatly lowball you on trade-in value like Carvana.

Excellent Experience
Outstanding experience shopping for and purchasing a certified pre-owned Cadillac. Staff and manager were down to earth, professional and provided exceptional experience that was not high pressure. Pre-owned vehicle was in mint condition.

I had finance a 2018 Cadillac ATS V Tech and one week...
I had finance a 2018 Cadillac ATS V Tech and one week later after having it they said I needed to return it because there was no approval from the bank and on top of it I tinted the windows and Ron said I would not get my $500 back what is that called beware of this dealership

Enjoyable Experience
This was my first Cadillac experience and it was a great one. Everyone was very personable from dealing with Rich in Sales, Chris in Finance and Ron as the Sales Manager. They took their time with each step of the buying process. Would definitely come back to this dealership again for my next car.
