    Warning if you are thinking about adding Auto Butler to your purchase at this or any dealership. DONT DO IT, PASS ON IT! I’m being told the complete... opposite now from what I was sold at the time of purchase. You can’t cancel this add on, it doesn’t protect your vehicle from the first and main thing the contract states. Contract reads sap and bird droppings will be taking off , plan as day it reads. Not so!! In fact it should read will not take off . I bought in good faith the $2400.00 package, twice a year service. I pointed out one time that the sap had not been taking off my vehicle after a bi yearly treatment. A major run around then proceeded as I was passed back an forth from employee to employee. Big inconvenience to bring my vehicle back to dealership and left with no vehicle to drive for 36 hours. No one could answer any questions, no one .I was told a representative from Auto Butler would have to tell the dealership what to do about getting sap off the vehicle. Sap is the first and main thing Auto Butler is supposed to protect your vehicle from? I’m now waiting to hear what the Auto Butler repersentive plans to do? You can cancel at any time is what I was told when I purchased this add one service but now I’m being told the complete opposite of what I was sold. Think twice before you buy.

    We are sorry to hear that you've experienced troubles after purchase. We do offer our customers different products such as Extended Service Contr...acts and Tire & Wheel Warranties that are transferable and have the ability to cancel. Auto Butler is a great option for keeping a vehicle looking new, but is not available to transfer/cancel. It does only cost $699 for five years though. It sounds like a few different products were purchased equaling the $2400 you mentioned and we'd be happy to go over this all with you. We want you to be happy and if there's anything we can do to fix this, we want to. We value you as a customer.

    The Toyota Avalon that I drove was a very poor car. They advertised it as a great deal but the only thing about it that was great was that it was in GREAT... NEED OF REPAIRS! You can’t open the door that the radio is behind, you can’t adjust the steering wheel, it shakes as you drive it, and last but certainly not least, there is something burning under the hood!

    Tiffany Ashley was great at working with what my family and I wanted. She went out of her way to ensure that we got the price that we wanted. We are not... even from Kentucky but they made us feel like family, This dealership is very professional and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you drive away with the vehicle that you want.     I got a super good deal and I got the exact truck that I wanted. The salesman was awesome to deal with, not pushy, he simply helped me find what I was... wanting to buy and accommodated my buying experience. Buying a new vehicle is easier than I thought.     I called from work when my vehicle developed a battery issue without warning. The service department was very accomodating, and told me to come right over... after work. They resolved my issue very fast and I am completely satisfied, and very impressed with the service I received. Kudos to Larry Stovesand Buick GMC!
