Dave Arbogast Buick GMC

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Joe Bauman at Dave Arbogast. He is an excellent salesman and he is the guy we go to first when looking for a car. Our most recent purchase was for our teenage daughter. Joe was thorough, patient and extremely helpful in dealing with us as we wanted to find the perfect car. We didn’t want to rush into anything and Joe was not pushy at all. I would highly recommended Joe Bauman.

Bought 4 tires for my truck 2 out of 4 had leakage from the valve stems where they didn't clean the rims and reset them . Came back to get the tires rotating and they said the front axle is leaking it looked like they took the grease gun and put some grease on it it looked pretty new for being 12 year old grease

I had a good idea what I wanted so when Jack showed up he answered the questions I had. And gave a couple of other things to think about. Everybody did a very good kid in my opinion.

Ross was my salesperson, I told him what kind of car I was interested in and he found the perfect match in no time. Ross explained the numbers to me but I never felt pressured to buy, and he was quick to answer any question I had with ease. Once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, Dan walked me through the finance process and helped me understand my payment plan, along with other topics I had questions about. I have dealt with the dealership before and my experience in the past has been very good. But this time it was beyond good it was great! Ross my salesperson was fantastic to work with and made the process very enjoyable! All the people there were great!! Dave Arbogast should be proud of his team!!
