A rolling cover was installed, however during recent storms I felt the cover had issues due to the abundance of water accumulated. I was directed to the service manager Matt Scott. With photos I presented, he was concerned as well. A new cover was installed and voila! Repaired to satisfaction. I must also add that Matt and his team were courteous, attentive and I felt went to whatever limits needed to address my concerns. I applaud them and look forward to future vehicle services when due and needed. Thank you Mr. Scott!

I purchased a GMC 2016 lifted truck on the (31July2020). Mr Joe Bauman was the sales person that assisted me.I had viewed and driven this vehicle a couple of days prior and was rather taken with it.The truck would suit my future needs. Joe answered all my questions that came up and educated me on the mechanics of the vehicle which I were not familiar to me. Joe is courteous and I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase nor persuaded toward any other vehicle (as I've experienced with some dealerships that want to clear the lot). I felt comfortable working with Joe on the purchase and hope to receive good service on the vehicle when needed and due. Thank you Mr. Bauman, you be the man!

Called for Service / Ziebart help on possible loaner since I live an hour away. She tried to help; unfortunately our conversation didn‘t resolve issue

Larry Oaks was patient and did a great job of selling to us from a distance...we live in Virginia and never got close to the Arbogast dealership, but the process was the best I have ever experienced in car buying.

Every time I get a service they can’t lube the truck 2016 Silverado crew cab there are 9 geese ports I have to return every time because they can’t do it right

We purchased a pre-owned 2017 Ram 1500 longhorn with about 17K miles. Worst buying experience ever. I was shown a clean vehicle report and all seemed good. I mild fender bender on my part revealed previous damage. So I get curious and run my own CarFax report, paid 40$, and found that there was in fact previous rear damage, as well as, previous front damage reported. Dealer is not willing to help. Kept the truck for 5 days......and found nothing wrong. There has never been any follow up of any kind concerning this issues. The service dept didn't even document what they did. I would never EVER do business with this dealership again. I make sure to mention this to any and all friends who might be in the market for a vehicle. NOT worth the hassle.

I would love to share our feelings of trust with this dealership we have been through 3 teenager drivers car purchases and our vehicle purchase. Now we are in the next chapter of our story and are buying a vehicle to haul three car seats yes grandbabies.
