I received GREAT Service here and was very pleased with everything. I would also like to say that after almost 2 years of dealing with problems with this car at the place we purchased it, it was so good to finally find someone that knew what the problem was and could fix it. Nothing more frustrating than purchasing a car/SUV in our case and then having our service department tell us to come back when it breaks and could not even find the issues with the things that were wrong. It was a fantastic experience. I loved everything about purchasing our car from this dealership. No hassles, not pushy,, friendly and honest. We had an amazing sales person, Ms. Uzma Shafquat. She answered our questions and was very patient. This is our first Cadillac and we couldn’t be happier with how we were treated. For any one reading this review, we drove three hours to purchase this car and we would do it again.

Best car buying experience we've had and we trade
Best car buying experience we've had and we trade refularly! From the first phone call to the moment we drove home, everyone was extremely friendly and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. We purchased a like-new used Lexus and had to drive 7 hours. You would think this experience might be a "one and done" due ro the distance...but the next time we buy, Joey at Kelly Cadlillac will be the first person we call. Oh, and I also have to mention that Geoff Kelly and everyone else at the dealership were also exceptionally accommodating and helpful!
