Most friendly people I have ever work with in any business! EVERY PERSON in the building made a point to greet us, took time to build a relationship with us, laughed with us and REALLY made us feel AT HOME! The owner even came personally, talked to us, filled my new car up with gas AND bought us pizza for lunch!

Kelly Cadillac was very welcoming. They all made me feel like we've known each other for years. They accommodated me with all of my requests and made sure that I purchased the vehicle that I wanted. I was honored to also meet the owners that were very involved and working on a weekend. Thanks so much to all the staff. This is the 4th Escalade I have bought from Kelly. They let me know they appreciate my business & I will continue to buy my Suvs from them.My sales lady, Uzma has been terrific. I went in to check on a particular color & several later months I got my Escalade in the color I was questioning. We have emailed, texted & spoke many times over the past several months. Uzma cares about her clients & wants the process to be smooth & non stressful. She explained some items & I have been over twice already learning how to operate all the bells & whistles. And she said she will be available till I learn it all.

The sales team felt genuine, the finance team was very helpful and clear, and the car is great! We decided to drive out of our way to go to a different Cadillac dealer than that which we were used to, and we are very happy for having done so.
