This was my first experience at this dealership and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone there made us feel comfortable, their was no pressure from anyone on the staff to buy a car . The staff was very knowledgeable about every car . And because of this my wife and I purchased a car from them .

From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house which is about an hour away. Work was completed as promised in a timely fashion and everyone was a joy to work with. Top notch keep up the great customer service.

My wife and I Live on the Big Island of Hawaii and I contacted Kelly Cadillac by phone about a 2022 Camaro 2SS Convertible trade-in they had on their Lot. I had initially spoke to the owner Geoff Kelly, he was “great to talk with” and one nice guy...I knew at that point, I was in good hands! I was then in touch with Kim Cerny, one of Kelly Cadillac’s sales and leasing specialist. Buying a car in the middle of the Pacific Ocean these days is a real challenge and Kim Cerny made the entire experience from start to finish a real delight, she is a very seasoned and knowledgeable sales person on the Kelly Cadillac staff. Kim made the whole experience from start to finish like a real professional...She always had the answers to any questions I had, returned my phone calls timely, and she was fun to work with. Kim even helped directing us with getting our car shipped to Hawaii!
