My husband and I came back to get a XT 4 Cadillac after
My husband and I came back to get a XT 4 Cadillac after getting one in 2016. I had a few concerns in the beginning about the chip that would enhance the performance of our car, but our concerns we’re relieved quickly. The chip will be installed soon. Uzma was extremely helpful in our delivery. We’ve worked with Geoff Kelly in the past and we hope to work with him again in the future.

So far probably the worst dealership experience I have
So far probably the worst dealership experience I have had in 30 years. I managed to get my hands on a 2023 AWD Lyriq, I have asked for a firm price and they will not give it to me and I quote "We haven't determined pricing, because we don't know what the market will be. Also, we are trying to make sure we don't sell to an individual who intends to flip it. We are selling Escalades over MSRP, but we have been on the lower end of the market.". Basically I was lucky enough to get a car allocated and brought it to them and now they are figuring out how to fleece me for something they wouldn't even have without my pre-order from GM directly. Of course they offered to refund my $100 and keep the allocation. I reached out to corporate to see what they are going to say, and will update as I get more info.

John, thank you for your comments. We have received 44 deposits on 2023 Lyriq. At this time we have not been allocated any Lyriq vehicles. We are a mid size Cadillac Dealer and seriously doubt we will receive allocation for 44 Lyriqs, therefore; it would be unethical to enter into negotiations not knowing if you would get your vehicle. The deposit you placed did not guarantee a 2023 Lyriq. We wish they did. If you like to discuss further, please contact Kelley Kelly/ Owner/ Kelly Cadillac. Again, we appreciate your comments.
