We were looking for something they did not have on their lot. Within days I received a call that something was coming available. They worked with us on timeline, allowed me to drive a brand new Cadillac loaner, and did a great job giving us exactly what we were looking for! I have aspired to own a Cadillac since sliding around the massive leather backseat of my uncle's 70's era Coupe Deville as a child. They evoke unparalleled style, luxury, and power. They are the chosen mode of transport for Presidents, Don Draper (from Mad Men), and the epitome of American success. I wasn't a major fan of the 90's and early 00's Econo-boats, but when the ATS debuted as I graduated college in 2012 I was floored. Finding myself relatively young and with the ability to purchase my dream car in June was an incredible feeling, and Kelly Cadillac made everything about the process a distinct pleasure. Firstly, it isn't often that the owner of a dealership responds to your texts personally late on a Friday night and greets you at the door. Geoff is kind, warm, and incredibly dedicated to his work and it shows. Secondly (and most importantly), when he introduced me to Marc Gagliardi I knew I was in good hands. Marc is a consummate professional with an infectious smile, and he knows his Cadillacs inside and out. He made a VERY large purchase feel like the opening pages of an exciting new chapter in life. I would strongly recommend this dealerships and Marc specifically. I drove off the lot with a huge smile on my face on June 18th and despite how hectic and anxiety inducing life is these days, that smile hasn't faded at all. For that reason (and a half dozen others) I can say with fidelity that Marc, Geoff, and the entire team at Kelly Cadillac truly are "The Standard of the World".

A certified pre-owned is only certified until you have problems. Then the manager doesn’t know your name. In fact, he will go to great lengths to ignore you. Be careful buying a “certified pre-owned” from Kelly Cadillac. Things are not as they appear. Additionally, be prepared to get blasted with emails almost everyday from them trying to sell you all kinds of stuff and service. They are relentless in this marketing approach.

I highly recommend this Dealership. Zuma did an excellent job. I liked how she was not that pushy salesperson. They gave me a price I couldn't resist on my trade in and the new vehicle.The whole team did a fantastic job to get me in my new car. This is a very professional and clean place. Kelly did a great job cleaning the areas to keep everyone safe. I had to take the car to get service because my cupholder console needed replaced. There was no issues. Doug was great to work with. You won't be disappointed.
