The WHOLE process starting with the online search to driving off the lot was PERFECT! We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere from everyone including the owner's Geoff and Kelley to Glenn in finance (who explained EVERYTHING from start to finish)and our sales person Uzma (who sat in the car and explained everything in the car and made sure we were comfortable with the settings-HOW WE APPRECIATED THAT)... I was treated very good by the staff at Kelly particularly by my Sales Rep Miss Uzma Shafqat. They made every effort to accommodate by budget and exceeded my expectations. I left their business a very satisfied customer.

I was not planning on buying a car but Kim was personable and "real". She pointed out all the features of the car without being high pressure. In fact, every. single. person. we encountered at Kelly was friendly and low-key. You'd think being a Cadillac dealer they'd be snotty and high-pressure. No way! Everyone went out of their way to be friendly. They answered all of our hundred questions (not kidding). Full disclosure - I am repeat customer. We had previously bought a Cadillac from a Toyota dealer and I have been getting it serviced at Kelly. I have been so impressed with the service department's honesty and kindness that I decided to look for my next car here. Honestly, I was a little embarassed at first because my budget was low, but we found a great used car in my price range! I couldn't be happier.

Marc found the car we wanted quickly and followed through with contacting us. He was very thorough and knowledgeable when answering questions. We also appreciate the extra time he took in going over the car functions when we made the purchase. He was flexible with time and very patient. Everyone at this dealership was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Kelly Cadillac!!

I liked a car and my mom Contacted them via the link and Kim contacted my mom right away. She was more than informative than any other dealer we went to. We went up to look at it the next day and they had it all ready for us to test drive. Glenn and Kim were so helpful with explaining everything and John couldn’t wait to put gas in it! And he gave me a Cadillac water bottle, which I love!!! I think I need to visit more to get some since I use it so much, lol! Kim went over everything in the car with me while my mom did the paperwork! They went over and above ANY dealership I been to and my mom and pap! I would recommend them to anyone!! I love my car and passed my drivers license!!! If you want exceptional service this is the place to go!!!

Uzma, Marc, Glen and Geoff were very customer service oriented. Will be back for the service of my vehicle when the time comes. Looking forward to it.

Uzma and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful in our efforts to surprise our mom with a new XT5 for her 70th birthday! I would highly recommend this dealership!

Uzma is the most caring person I have ever met. She knew all the inns and outs and could answer any question that I ask her. If she didn’t have the immediate answer it would not take her long to find the answer for you. she was involved in every aspect of buying the car and kept in good communications with me seeing that I was so far away from the dealership. She actually pulled me in to see what they had that would meet my needs.
