We had a great experience the two times we were there looking at cars to replace one that was totaled in an accident. Very knowledgeable and helpful and we ended up buying one! Everyone was considerate and kind.

I found what I wanted in an ad online, and Eriq took me right to it. He listened to my questions and answered them in detail. He (and the team) made sure evrything would be ready when I came back the next day to pick up the car. He also took a little time to chat about things besides cars. Very customer oriented and friendly.

As always the folks in the service department are top notch, they explained everything and all of the work on our car was done fast. Very pleasant to work with.

Mechanics are very..very rude at times and unprofessional.As a Lima Auto mall customer ,who have purchased at least 5 or 6 vehicles in the past 7 -8 years I was expecting just a little courtesy. Hoping we don’t have to keep having an issue with that one employee.

Did a great job getting the truck fixed right and fast. Only complaint is they asked if I wanted it washed and I told them yes. Got the truck back and it wasn't washed. Thats the 2nd time this has happened. If your not gonna wash it don't ask if I want it washed. Other than that great job!
