I brought my car in to get oil change and a tires rotation and couldn’t cause lug nuts froze up on the driver side I don’t take my car anywhere else it’s just like they didn’t want to try to get them off I never had this happen before just was disappointed. My best experience was the older lady the help me she is always soo nice and helpful
