WOW ! What a pleasant experience we had purchasing our new car at Lima Auto Mall! We were very impressed with the friendly and helpful services of Dan, Mike, Charles and Ryan ! Dan patiently listened to our wants and needs ( and never once became impatient with our million and one “old people “ questions… what a trooper 😉)! With his help and guidance, we were able to find the perfect car for us. We were so happy we were able to stay local with our new car purchase, which makes it comforting to know that Dan and Lima Auto Mall will continue to take good care of us, our new car and any future car purchases. We showed up at approx the end of your Saturday work shift. We actually felt kind of bad about that however, nobody there seemed to mind. Neither Brett or Charles made us feel rushed. This ended up being a very fair (and quick) transaction. Pleased with the entire experience. Thank You

This is the first time I bought a vehicle from Lima Auto Mall and was very impressed with my salesman Dan Cherkas. Dan was very knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at and tech savvy of the options and also navigating though setting everything up once I made the purchase. I have been a GM guy for quite some time and will definitely be getting hold of Dan at Lima Auto Mall the next time I’m looking for a vehicle.

The service was the best that anyone could every ask for, my wife's car had an issue and they got it in and fixed it right the 1st time, why go any place at all when you have this kind of service available right here.

Usually good, but this last service I was extremely disappointed. They did not look at everything I requested and instead said "We went through the 21 points." Then I asked about my under-seat compartment if they could fix it or let me know if I needed to buy a new one. He said "that was not on the order, so you will have to make another appointment."
