We purchased a used sierra truck in March of this year had a check engine come on 2 weeks ago made an appointment to fix, sat for 2 hours while they were fixing and was told at the end of that time that they were trying to get approval for repair through the extended warranty that we got so we would need to come back so again made appointment ment and was told 11:30 get there and ok 30 minutes for work and hour and a half later was not done said mechanics went to lunch……than the bill…..what a joke DO NOT GET GM WARRANTY……I would NOT recommend dealing with this dealer as their service department is terrible and can not even explain the billing……we are canceling our extended warranty and getting an service we need from any place other than here and I assure you we will not buy a vehicle here again……so beware and be warned.

From the moment that we drove into the lot 10 minutes before the business closed to the end when my son got the perfect vehicle for him our experience was excellent. The sales manager could not have been nicer and accommodating to let us take the vehicle overnight for a test drive. She filled it up with gas and gave us a lot of the details of the car. Nate we can?t say enough good things about as he takes great care of our whole family whenever anyone is in need of a vehicle. He is the kind of guy with an amazing personality and will go above and beyond. You just trust him and want to go back! Both of the finance people were amazing on a personal level with coming out to speak with is just as a customer to Zach finishing the sale with ease. We will always use the Grand Rapids business for all of our needs! Thank you!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It started off positive. We drove nearly 2 hours to go take a look at a vehicle for our family of 6. Spoke with Micah Lane. He informed us that it was “solid” and had no issues. He said it was a safe vehicle for us drive. That seemed to be so, until right as soon as I left with it, after being fed xx and made to believe they wouldn’t be dishonest. I made it a couple miles away and the service leveling light came on. They refused to even take a look at it. Claimed that their techs were “gone for the day already.” They said it was from the lift that was put in. Knowing that it was difficult for us to drive there to go back the next day, they said they’d pay for a diagnostic assessment. We got in the next day to a shop just to find out that we’ll need nearly 3 grand worth of work done to it. We were informed that we shouldn’t be driving it, and that it was not safe. Not only did the boy working at GMC go against his word, about paying for the diagnostic assessment, when I presented him the issues, he immediately ghosted us. Disrespectful. Dishonest, I regret going to Grand Rapids GMC. And now I’m left in the same position, not only having no vehicle to drive my kids in, but 20 grand in the hole on a vehicle that is still continually showing us more and more problems. It’s been one week. And I have yet to hear from them at all. Not about the diagnostic assessment bill, nothing. I would never recommend going to this place, unless you want to be xxxxxxxxxxx in to buying a vehicle by lies and deception.

The waiting room was cold and everyone in it had to keep their Jacket on. Also the lady setting up the oil change was not very pleasant

Last week I took my 2022 Acadia to Grand Rapids Chevy GMC for service. the service writer called that morning to confirm the problems I was experiencing. Jane was very professional and friendly during our conversation. The technicians completed the service promptly and even performed a complimentary multi-point inspection, which gave me peace of mind about my vehicle's condition. Overall, I appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Grand Rapids Chevy GMC to anyone looking for reliable car maintenance or repairs.

We bought a gently used truck 2 weeks ago, unfortunately found out in a snow storm that the 4 wheel drive doesn't work. We brought the truck back in to have it looked at...and was turned away!! They did NOT stand behind the vehicle they sold. This is the 2nd time we've been burned by them! Never again will we buy anything from them. Beware!!!
