They set an appt with me to look at the vehicle, I took the day off work to travel to them. When I told me I was on my way, they told me to wait because someone else was coming to look at it who was "pre-approved for financing". I told him I didn't need financing as I could pay cash. He responded with an "OH". He then said he would let me know if that guy buys the truck, but that he had a slightly older one if I would be interested in that and that he would send me pics and details. Three days later I get a text stating the other guy bought the truck and wondering if I wanted to look at that other truck. Intold him to send me details and pics. To this day I have never received any info or pics on the other truck. This was the second time this dealership has stiffed me. They are not getting a third chance.

Be careful when you buy a used vehicle here I’ve had nothing but trouble since I’ve bought my truck from Charbonneaus and I took it back to them to have the issues fixed and resolved two of four were fixed while the main issue with it not holding a charge now I’m stranded when the just got this truck out of the shop from Charbonneaus where they were supposed to fix my truck they charged me I paid for it I trusted them to fix it but look where that’s gotten me I’m upset with them if they couldn’t fix it they should not have charged me

I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Charbonneau Car Center. I purchased the Jeep without seeing or driving it, as I had it shipped out of state. The sales associate Lance P was very helpful and honest in his critique of the Jeep. Lance worked with the shipping company to coordinate the pick-up. the entire process went very smooth. I don’t remember the guys name who ran the diagnostic on my 2018 Chevy equinox- but he was very helpful - even showed concern for our dogs. My turbo froze up- they gave me a quick cardboard piece on the front and sent us on the way- we were traveling to Sturgis from Jamestown and panicked when we lost power- they got us in quickly and took care of us—thank you sooo much!!!

I was well pleased with people that I was dealing with
