I researched the car before I went to the dealership. Knowledge is power.The entire experience was very pleasant. Chris Whetzel's presentation/car demonstration was clear and easy to follow.I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to go through all of the features in one day. I do better learning a few at a time and that is what he did with me. I drove for about 45 minutes today and was pleased with the info I retained and the handling of the car. I hate getting new cars but this experience was very positive. Everyone there was extremely pleasant! I have bad knees and walking through the lot would have been very difficult. Chris was very kind to understand that and limit the amount of walking I needed to do.
