The worst car buying experience ever! Before arriving at the dealership I obtained a pre approved loan through Capital One. While at City Automall the finance rep then explained that the initial interest quoted by Capital One increased and presented an offer from Citizen's Bank that was "lower" than Capital One's "new" interest rate. What happened next was absolutely fascinating! I was denied the loan from Citizen's Bank. This left me with no choice but to go with my initial provider Capital One. The financial rep began to process the loan and my interest rate was the EXACT same number I came in the door with. Lower than Citizen's Bank which denied me. Very dishonest. After speaking with Capital One they told me that during my next purchase consult with them while at the the dealership to verify what my interest rate will be that day. To the reader hopefully this helps you on your next automobile purchase.

Johnny was very easy to work with. Been looking for this particular car for a year and a half. This dealership is 500 miles from me.Johnny and the staff at City Automall bent over backwards to help me with the logistics to buy this vehicle. The car is exactly as presented and exactly what I was looking for!

Although there are acceptable dealerships much closer; we found it was well worth a 100 mile drive to City Automall to get precisely what we wanted at an incomparable price! A very easy and quick process. Already knew what car we wanted. They found the exact vehicle we wanted. They gave us a good deal on our trade in. We arrived at 10:45and had a deal by 1:00. Left my old car behind and we’re in a loaner. The finance process was very easy as well. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased at City. This was better than the first time.
